Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate communications including emails, phone calls, and follow-ups
  • Assist with administrative tasks across multiple business ventures
  • Organize documents, contracts, and business records
  • Handle personal and professional errands as needed
  • Support marketing initiatives, listings, and client communications (real estate-related tasks)
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
  • Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the owner and clients, partners, and team members

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant (required)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and shift priorities quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
  • Reliable transportation (preferred)
